Finley Blake quits her long-time consulting job to pursue her love of writing for Traveler’s Tales, an upscale travel magazine. Her sister, Whitt, joins her to travel to Morocco for her first “48 Hours In” assignment. After checking into their boutique hotel, Finley and Whitt go to the roof top bar and meet a group of fellow guests, several members of the film crew working on a movie being filmed throughout Morocco. Shortly thereafter their adventures begin. This is the first of the Blake Sisters Travel Mysteries written by a very talented writer. I am really looking forward to book #2. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and the opinions expressed are my own.

I loved the concept of two sisters solving crime while on a work-related trip. The mystery behind the murder was interesting. The only niggle I had with the story was the characterization - somehow, I did not like the characters as much as I wanted to.
Overall, this was a good read and I am looking forward to reading more of the Blake Sisters' adventures.

My rating: 3.5/5

This was an interesting mystery which was set in an exotic location. It featured two amateur sleuths, sisters Finley and Whitt Blake. It had lots of suspense, surprises and some romance as well. I highly recommend this book to other mystery readers.
