I love this series and I’m so excited for this latest edition. I love a good love story especially love lost and then found and how obstacles and past lives can never get into the way of what’s meant to be,

I totally enjoyed this book. Lisa and Noah needed to fall in love and it was right. Both had pasts but worked thru them together along with the close knit town. A great feel good read

This was a lovely story. It's part of a series but easily read as a stand alone. Hadley Cove is a town we all wish we could live in, with rich characters who further the story. In this case, we are transported to the towns' Inn which is being repaired by a young woman who grew up there, and her new romantic partner. The romance was sweet, and a little drama and intrigue kept the story well paced and interesting.

My Opinion:
This book was the cutest beach read. I enjoyed the whole book, I felt like it was a hallmark movie waiting to happen. I did not read the first book in the series but this read great as a stand alone. I was rooting for both main characters, Lisa and Noah. Noah is an author from New York, looking to clear his mind. Lisa is an Inn owner trying to save her Inn. It does involve some trigger warnings, domestic abuse and assault. It had no smut or bad language which was enjoyable to read.

I loved this book! It’s book 2 in the series but can be read as a standalone. I would recommend reading book 1 just because it’s also amazing. The writing is so easy to read and the story is beautiful. It’s about love, second chances and healing but so much more. I can’t wait to read the other books in this series as am sure they will also be amazing. Also there is a little something extra at the end of the book that adds a nice touch. Loved it!

A sweet romance. I appreciated how the story hit the highlights of the events in their lives. It did not go into endless detail of how they spent their time refurbishing the inn. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy via NetGalley. My review is voluntary.

However, both Lisa and Noah have problems going on their lives. Lisa needs to pay back money on the inn when her Mother owned it, as well as a ex. Noah, is escaping an ex also.

Both Lisa and Noah seem to have a connection after ex’s keep trying to cause problems and the inn needing work, they are still trying to work a way to measure their feelings.

A touching story of moving on.

Kerk Murray’s Since the Day We Fell is a heartwarming addition to the Hadley Cove Sweet Romance series, delivering a touching story of love, healing, and resilience. With its endearing characters, a charming coastal setting, and a healthy dose of emotional depth, this novel is a delightful escape for readers who appreciate clean, feel-good romances.

The story follows Lisa Miller, a dedicated innkeeper grappling with grief after the recent loss of her mother. Determined to save the family inn, she pours her energy into her work, though the weight of her emotional struggles looms large. Enter Noah Jacobs, a bestselling author seeking solace from his own challenges. When a mischievous dog named Daisy brings them together, the pair embarks on a journey of mutual support and discovery.

Murray excels at crafting characters who feel authentic and relatable. Lisa’s strength in the face of adversity and her journey toward self-reclamation are inspiring. Noah’s struggles with writer’s block and his lingering grief lend depth to his character, making him more than just a romantic lead. Their chemistry is built on meaningful conversations, shared vulnerabilities, and a slow-burn connection that blossoms naturally over the course of the story.

The setting of Hadley Cove plays a significant role in the book’s charm. Murray paints a vivid picture of a tight-knit community where kindness and camaraderie prevail. The locals rally around Lisa and Noah in ways that feel heartwarming and genuine, adding to the cozy, Hallmark-like atmosphere of the narrative.

While the romance is sweet and uplifting, the novel doesn’t shy away from heavier themes, such as domestic abuse and grief. These elements are handled with care and sensitivity, adding emotional weight and depth to the story. However, some readers might find the pacing a bit slow in places, as the characters’ personal growth and the development of their relationship take precedence over dramatic twists or action-packed moments.

Overall, Since the Day We Fell is a tender and hopeful tale about finding love and support in unexpected places. With its richly drawn characters, heartfelt themes, and an idyllic setting, this book will resonate with fans of clean, character-driven romances. Whether you’re a newcomer to Hadley Cove or a returning visitor, this story is sure to leave you with a smile.
