A masterpiece written by the talented and knowledgeable Thibaut Meurisse and produced beautifully into an audiobook. Very high quality and the narrators voices smoothed you into it.
Emotions can leave us feeling guilty and awful and sometimes it’s automatic reactions and emotions which we can change with simple techies taught in this audiobook. Highly recommended for all

Indeed, I should have read this book years ago. While some of the nuggets of wisdom inside lean toward common sense, the way they are presented with concrete, actionable steps makes the goals feel incredibly believable and achievable. The audio quality was excellent and truly elevated the experience. This is the exact type of knowledge that you hold onto and use for years to come, so much so that I intend to keep the audio and purchase a physical copy for my permanent collection. I actually went to order it on Amazon only to have the banner remind me that I had borrowed it back in 2021—I just wish I had actually picked it up then! Thank you to the publisher and author for providing this advanced listening copy in exchange for an honest review.
